Join CPAA and HOPE Dogs Shadow for Mutts at The Mercantile, 13 E. Main Street, Mechanicsburg, on SUNDAY, May 31 from noon to 3 pm!
Pick up some goodies at this super fun gift and craft shop and stop by to show some love to Shadow, a graduate of CPAA’s HOPE Dogs training program for rescued dogs at the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill.
Shadow is a middle-aged, chill gentledog who is a real people pleaser! He is good with other dogs, fully obedience trained, but would like a home without cats. As a HOPE graduate, Shadow comes with FREE life-time training support with CPAA’s HOPE Dogs trainer–a super nice perk! Shadow is currently in a foster home but would absolutely love a home of his own!

fused Glass Votive Candle Holder Class

Come join us and make a fused glass votive candle holder. Students will design the front piece of clear glass from a variety of glass accessories. I will take the panel home for firing and return the finished product to the Mercantile for pickup within 2 weeks. The class is for ages 16 and up and you must wear closed toes shoes.

Join Linda Kapp of Kapp’s Kreations at The Mercantile on Saturday, June 13 from 4pm-6pm for a fun and relaxing wine glass dotting class! Learn a unique dot painting technique as you create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind design similar to the sample shown.
This beginner-friendly class includes step-by-step instruction while you design your own 17 oz stemmed wine glass using stylus tools, acrylic rods, and DecoArt Gloss Enamels paints. No experience is needed—just come ready to have fun and get creative!
All dot art tools used in class will also be available for purchase afterward if you’d like to continue creating at home.

You are invited to spend an afternoon transforming a few paper bags into your personalized junk journal creation. We will provide an assembled blank journal, instructions, and the materials and supplies needed to fuel your creativity. ln addition to a supplied variety of paper, punches, markers, scissors, stickers, adhesive tape, glue, and ephemera, we invite you to bring any photos or memory-reminders that you would like to include in your journal.
